Rob Healy
Artistic Director & Co-Founder
Rob Healy grew up in Worcester, MA where he started dancing competitively at the age of six. His dance training mainly focused on Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Tap, and Acrobatics. While dancing competitively, Robby won numerous first-place awards as well as regional and national titles. Robby graduated from Dean College and received a Bachelor of Art in Dance.
Along with being an accomplished dancer, Robby is also recognized as an accomplished dance teacher and choreographer. Robby’s choreography has been showcased all over New England including Boston Contemporary Art Festival and the World Dance Championships in New York City. Robby was recently awarded “Excellence in Choreography” at the World Dance Championships FINAL FIVE for his routine “Bird Box.” Robby’s students have gone on to perform with Major League sports dance teams as well as receive winning top place awards and many scholarships. Robby hopes to motivate and inspire all his students through his love and knowledge of dance.
Hayley Mangino
Artistic Director & Co-Founder
Hayley Mangino grew up in Boston, MA where she started dancing at the age of two. Her dance training mainly focused on Acrobatics, Contemporary, Hip-hop, Jazz, Tap and Ballet. While dancing competitively Hayley won numerous first place awards as well as regional and national titles. Hayley Mangino is a graduate from Dean College with a BA in dance. She graduated with being a part of the National Society of Leadership and Success, and Cum Laude. Hayley is currently dancing professionally as a Boston Cannons Dancer for the Major League Lacrosse team in Quincy MA. She is so honored and excited to be a part of this team while continuing her passion of dance. Besides dance, Hayley was also a contestant for Miss Massachusetts USA, along with being in the 2018 movie, “Chappaquiddick”. Hayley will continue with her love of dance by teaching and choreographing for numerous studios across Massachusetts, as well as performing on the field at the home games for the Boston Cannons Lacrosse team.
Grace Orfao
Technique Coach
Grace Orfao is a 23-year-old student at the University of Southern New Hampshire, where she majors in business. She has been dancing since the age of four and has danced competitively for eight years. Grace trains in all forms of dance, but especially enjoys ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical and acro. She has won numerous awards, including regional titles and choreography. She recently competed in the Miss New Hampshire Volunteer 2022 pageant and won the title of Miss New Hampshire Volunteer! Grace has performed at venues ranging from Faneuil Hall to local auditoriums across New England and has held many lead roles such as Clara and the Sugar Plum Fairy.
Jasmine Senn
Tumbling Coach
Jasmine Senn is a dancer, choreographer, and performer of the arts. She has been dancing since she was three years old. She danced competitively for thirteen years and started choreographing and teaching the younger generation at fifteen years old. She teaches and choreographs competitively and for recreation classes. Her students have received special awards as well as first place in their age category. Jasmine graduated from Salem State University in 2019 with a double major in dance and a minor in business. She had great joy being a member of Repertory Dance Theatre, where she was a dancer, choreographer, and the club’s Public Relations Manager. Jasmine was also a part of Salem Dance Ensemble, where she was also a dancer and choreographer.
Jasmine’s passion for the arts came directly from the biggest influence in her life, her godmother and role model, Sheila Rosanio. Growing up in her studio, Jasmine was able to see and be inspired by many dancers from different cultures and backgrounds.
Jasmine’s mission is to encourage aspiring dancers that nothing is impossible. She believes that everyone deserves to be seen and heard and to have a creative outlet. Jasmine strives to build a community that provides programs that will help develop self-esteem, confidence, and respect for themselves as well as others.
Kim Greenlaw
Falmouth Dance Academy
Kim De Lalla Greenlaw is a 1992 Cum Laude graduate of Bridgewater State University with a BS in Education. Previously she was a dance instructor for six years at the Shirley Matta Dance Academy. In 1987, Kim was one of the top ten dancers at the Joe Tremaine Dance convention in New York City and was chosen to tour Europe with the Saint Germaine Dance Troupe. Kim’s laurels include awards in pageants and competitions such as Junior Miss Dance, Adult Miss Golden Girls Talent America, and Miss cape-Wide.
Performing in several musicals including playing the lead role of “Connie” in “A Chorus Line”, Kim also entertains elderly and handicapped citizens. She has danced in numerous charity events and is involved in the Children’s Happiness Foundation.
Cheerleading and teaching through the local school systems are more of her accomplishments. Previously, Kim choreographed the musical “Anything Goes” at Falmouth High School. Currently, Kim choreographs for the Falmouth High School Choir Group and the Miss Cape Cod Dancers.
Kim has been on the committee for the Miss Cape Cod Scholarship Pageant since 1995. Kim has judged numerous local and state pageants and dance competitions, while also participating in many local and national dance conventions for the latest dance innovations. In addition, she continues to choreograph award-winning routines for many dance competitions. A member of the Greater Brockton Dance Teachers’ Association for ten years, Kim specializes in teaching dance for children from age 2 through adult. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Arthur, son Richie, and daughter Chandler.
The Falmouth Dance Academy has been well established in Falmouth for the past twenty-three years and is the largest dance studio in the Falmouth area. Many of her former students have pursued their study of dance through college, a great number winning full scholarships to their school of the first choice.
Jacqueline Blankenburg
Jacqueline Dance Studio
Starting at the age of 3, Jacqueline Blankenburg danced at Paula Coffey Dance Center for 14 years, learning Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, and Lyrical. At Paula Coffey, she was a student teacher and competed competitively in Tap, Jazz, and Lyrical, winning 1st place and best overall. Jacqueline graduated with her BA from Bridgewater State University, where she studied dance and communications/public relations, was part of their dance team, and specialized in ballroom dancing. After graduation, Jacqueline ran Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Bedford while teaching tap and jazz at Cindy’s School of Dance. In 2006, she joined the staff of The Dance Studio of Norwell. She began teaching full-time and became the Studio’s Assistant Director, Company Director (competition), and main dance teacher (teaching Jazz, Ballet, Tap, and Lyrical). Throughout her entire dance career, Jacqueline has continued to expand her knowledge in dance by attending classes, dance conventions (Dance Olympus), and dance retreats/conferences (Rhee Gold’s Dance Life Retreat/Conferences). Jacqueline has also been taught by the great Savion Glover and Gregg Russell. Dance is Jacqueline’s passion and she loves to share her passion with children and adults of all ages. Opening her own dance studio has always been her dream.
